Advisory for PPT
📍Maps and Connectivity
● Enlarge or highlight key areas in maps (roads, railways, airports) for clarity.
● Ensure maps are easy to understand for Committee members with a focus on relevant connections.
● Incorporate an Environmental Sensitivity feature covering a 1-kilometer radius, which includes water bodies, settlements, educational institutions, hospitals, places of worship, reserved forests, and other significant locations.
📷Site Photographs
● Use GPS-enabled camera images showing:
○ Coordinates
○ Date and time of the visit
● Use the Captioniser tool for all image captions.
● Do not include images without captions.
● Avoid photos showing open or uncovered construction debris.
📃Logo Placement
Project Proponent Logo shall always be placed at the top right corner of the document.
Perfact Logo shall always be placed at the bottom left corner of the document.
✍️Text and Formatting
● Use the Lato font consistently for:
○ Maps
○ Photographs
○ Images
● Ensure image text is:
○ Clearly readable
○ High resolution (no blurred text)
● Present Water Balance Flow Charts horizontally for better clarity.
🗺️Plans and Details
● Cross-check plan details with the information in the font section of the PPT.
● Request any required changes during the conversation phase to maintain consistency between the plan and presentation text.
🗓️️Submission Timeline
● PPT submission: The team will share the presentation after uploading and before the appraisal meeting.
● All documents must be:
○ Updated with required changes to avoid rework and ensure timely submission.
