Major Councils shall govern assigned portfolio, consisting of 5 members for performing the role of the recommendation body.
These councils will be responsible and accountable for recommending policy changes, taking administrative action, designate working groups for completion of specific objectives and achieve key results.
Working Groups are a smaller body, created by the direction of a Council under a specific mandate.
They will be responsible and accountable for a specific portfolio and will report to the Council that created it.
They will consist of up to 5 individuals with a Working Group Leader, responsible for the governance and achievements of the WG.
Governing Council : Decision Making Body which will act on the recommendations of the various Councils
Major Council : Steering Body responsible for the Portfolio assigned and provides recommendations to Governing Council
Working Groups : Smaller body with up to 5 members created by the directions of a Major Council, responsible for a specific mandate.

The tenure for a Working Group may be up to a maximum of 18 months after which a review of activities would be conducted by the reporting Council.
The WG leader will be responsible for completion of objectives and achievement of KPI, while WG Members will be responsible for all tasks allocated to them
Number of tasks completed from start to end in a quarter (each KRA will have multiple objectives)
The average time taken from an issue being reported to the resolution being sent via email
Minutes of Meeting should be sent to Governing Council every week on time

Councils will meet at least twice every month, supplemented by active engagement via chat and email. Working Groups will hold meetings every week
Quarterly targets to be reviewed quarterly to assess progress against targets
Chairs/ Conveners will submit a progress form every six months. The Governing Council will then review these submissions to assess progress against annual targets.
Review Meeting held annually with Governance Council to review Council Outcomes, Composition and Targets Achieved
