To maintain operational efficiency while ensuring work-life balance, the following Saturday work schedule will apply to all employees, regardless of role:

2nd and 3rd Saturdays: OFF
All employees will have 2nd and 3rd Saturdays off every month β this includes Trainees, Probationers, and Confirmed Employees.
π’ 1st and 4th Saturdays: Work From Office (WFO)
All employees are expected to work from the office on the 1st and 4th Saturdays of every month.

5th Saturday (if applicable): Work From Office (WFO)
In any month where there is a 5th Saturday, it will be a mandatory working day from the office for all employees.

Schedules will be confirmed and communicated monthly by your team/manager.
All teams are expected to plan collaboratively for consistent coverage during working Saturdays.
